GlowSteal (glowsteal.com) is a beauty blog that provides honest reviews, comparisons, and tutorials for affordable beauty products. In accordance with the Federal Trade Commission's 16 CFR Part 255, we disclose the following:
GlowSteal currently carries no affiliate links and earns no commission from any retailer or brand. This page exists so our policy is on the record before that ever changes.
If we do introduce affiliate links in future, every page carrying them will say so at the top, the links will be marked rel="nofollow sponsored", and this page will be updated to name the specific programmes involved. Commission would never determine what we cover or what we say about it.
We don't currently publish product reviews or ratings. GlowSteal publishes researched educational content — technique, terminology, label literacy and troubleshooting. We don't yet own the products we write about and we don't run wear tests, so we won't publish ratings, rankings or “best of” verdicts we can't stand behind.
If that changes — if we buy products and test them properly — the reviews will say exactly what was tested, how, and when, and this page will be updated to match. We'd rather add reviews later with real evidence than publish them now without it.
In the meantime, where we compare products we compare published specifications — price, size, stated finish, ingredient lists, manufacturer claims — and label the comparison as such, with the date the information was retrieved. Similar ingredient lists do not mean two products perform alike, and we won't imply otherwise.
The content on GlowSteal is for informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Our articles are compiled from manufacturer documentation, regulatory guidance and published research — not from clinical practice or professional dermatological consultation, and not from personal treatment experience. Cosmetic ingredients affect individuals differently, and the presence of an ingredient does not establish that a product will work for you. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about skin concerns, and patch-test new products.
